- Robert Heinlein (1907 - 1988)

I use the SMART goal method and I also have a favorite goal setting process that adds power to my SMART Goals. At the age of 19, a goal-setting method was taught to me by one of my spiritual mentors. I attribute my greatest successes in health, happiness and even living in beautiful places like Maui and Sedona , Arizona , to this method. I call it, “ Top of the Mountain Goal Setting.” - Ellen Laura

The method works for me because I have a strong, romantic, whimsical nature that enhances my creativity and balances my pragmatic side. Plus, I've spent years engaged in deep spiritual practices. However, if you are predominantly pragmatic and conservative, I'd recommend you click here and proceed to the SMART Goal method.

As for those of you with a quirky, spiritual nature that you want to balance with grounded, practical steps, stay with me. Remember, to engage in the “Top Of the Mountain Goal Setting” method, you must first know that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience – not the other way around.
