A Message of Healing
Ellen Laura, Founder of Your Health By Choice

My purpose and mission is to “Pass On” the wisdom and education that has been passed on to me by mentors in health, longevity and spiritual practices. My wish is that what I pass on will replenish and restore optimism and empower you to attain optimal health.

As I've moved through the cycles of life, my true north lies in connecting with the Creator and aligning with Truth, and that is what replenishes my optimism, increases my vitality and inspires me to teach. So often when people first hear about programs to “ balance brain chemistry, ” they assume this is a method without heart. Nothing could be further from the truth. My invitation to you to partner with us comes directly from my heart.

Empowered Health

As I introduce you to the offerings on our Web site, you may ask why I promote and teach brain chemistry and empowered health. It is because I am truly convinced that the pursuit of all other worthy goals requires vitality, mental acuteness and inner calm. Our offerings are ideal companions to all other credible programs that lead to empowerment and health of body, mind and spirit.

Plus, the work of both Dr. Joel C. Robertson and Dr. Robert D. Milne is solid in its formats: scientific, creative, forward-thinking, deeply spiritual and highly ethical. The members of our Advisory Board are bright, discerning successful business people who have reviewed our offerings and join me in inviting you to embark on our educational odyssey.

My partners in this endeavor, especially our Creative Director Daniella Matutes, have made it possible to take the programs I've custom-designed for my clients over the past 20 years and help turn these teachings into programs to reach many more people through e-books, teleclasses, webinars, e-learning, and live training courses. It's an honor to connect with you in this way and I'm committed to offering accelerated learning programs filled with creativity and spirit.

One of my favorite ways to learn is through fiction novels and movies. I find that films engage us in ways that can be truly transformative. In the past several years filmmaking has become better, more impassioned and helpful in changing the way we think – if we are committed to a positive path of empowerment.

For instance, Crash , the 2006 Best Movie Academy Award-winning film, opens the window and allows us to glance at a world turned upside down. Then it puts it back together in mysterious and fascinating ways. I have trained myself to see all films through the lens of “what can I learn” while I'm on this magical ride, and it has proved a delightful way to experience the changing nuances of life.
